IDR’s largest client in the Digital Media/Broadcasting Industry is looking for a Systems Engineer to join their well established and growing team in Atlanta, GA! This position is seeking a motivated individual to design, install, support, and test video and audio systems and operations. Broadcast industry experience highly preferred!
***This position is onsite, must be local to Atlanta, GA***
Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and commission new broadcast systems.
- Plan and execute major system changes within maintenance windows.
- Provide Tier-3 support, including fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance.
- Produce and update system documentation and drawings.
- Offer technical support and training to shift engineers and users.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience as a Systems Engineer in broadcast equipment installation and maintenance.
- Proficiency with broadcast automation systems like iTX, Morpheus, ADC, or Versio.
- Experience with broadcast routing, ingest, media processing, and storage systems.
- In-depth knowledge of broadcast play-out workflows and IP networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with a preference for a Cisco certification or a degree in electronic/electrical engineering.
