We are looking for a seasoned Principal DevOps Engineer to take on a challenging role within our organization. As both a leader and an individual contributor, you will mentor and lead a team of DevOps Engineers distributed across the globe, responsible for supporting our cybersecurity SaaS platform. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust and scalable infrastructure solutions, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions for our SaaS platform.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process and enable rapid deployment of new features and updates.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of our systems.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and support the development and deployment of new features.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cybersecurity, continuously improving our processes and technologies.
• Help recruit, lead, and mentor a global team of DevOps Engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, with a focus on supporting large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of implementing and running DevOps in a cloud environment, preferably with AWS.
• Experience implementing and maintaining APM solutions (New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics) is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, along with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with related tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading global teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
