Responsibilities:

  • Plans, coordinates and manages all activities related to the integration of technology into organizational information systems  
  • Identification of data sources and elements, data warehouse design, data dictionary, reporting and key analytical question (KAQ) requirements 
  • Evaluating customer requirements and design compliant, cost-effective architectural solutions that meet customer application, security, technology, and business requirements and seek to reduce the overall cost of sustaining the clients’ systems and applications 
  • Provide solution and service engineering activities, i.e., proof-of concepts, pilots, use case development, solution validation, workshops, and enablement 
  • Design of a business intelligence capability to conduct resource management  
  • Provide initial design for dashboard development  
  • Define the architecture of cross-functional, multi-platform systems 
  • Document system architecture and define application components, platforms, interfaces, and development tools 
  • Perform data management (e.g., data models, data dictionaries, integration standards, data architecture, data quality improvement programs) 
  • Centralize and standardize data from multiple disparate systems to create a repository for business intelligence, analysis, visualizations and dashboards 
  • Maintain expert knowledge of current features, planned future capabilities, and limitations of leading platforms for supporting data management, data warehousing and business intelligence (AWS, MS Azure, SQL/SSIS, Erwin etc.) 
  • Experience with ETLs, Backup & Restore, Database Management, Firewalls, IT Asset Management, IT Performance and Capacity, LINUX, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Network Security, Network Design and Protocols, Office 365 (O365), Python and R, IT Project Management, and agile tooling
